We guarantee that our dahlias will grow and are true to their name. Should your dahlias not meet these standards, we will issue a refund for the product. Please ensure you plant your dahlias immediately following the last frost date for your USDA growing zone. Dahlias should begin to sprout within five weeks of planting. If they have not sprouted within six weeks, please contact us at Oasisflowerfarm@gmail.com.
Please note that our guarantee does not cover issues related to weather conditions, pest damage, or improper care. Any problems must be reported by August 1 of the year the dahlias were ordered. This guarantee is limited to the purchase price of the tubers and does not include shipping fees or any liability for damages resulting from crop failure.
